Apache Plume (Fallugia paradoxa) is a beautiful, showy shrub named for the silky, plumed, pink seedheads. This shrub also features small, dark green leaves and delicate white flowers that attract pollinators during the summer months. Apache Plume adds gorgeous texture and color to the landscape and is perfect for dry garden beds and borders, xeric landscapes, and dry rock gardens. This shrub responds well to pruning and can be cut back in spring to maintain its shape. It is somewhat tolerant of urban pollution.
