Pale Evening Primrose (Oenothera pallida) is a charming perennial that is extremely drought tolerant and perfect for dry gardens. Delicate, fragrant white flowers appear in the spring atop reddish stems and dark green, narrow leaves. These beautiful flowers open every evening and stay open until morning and will become pink with age. Primrose is a wonderful pollinator plant and attracts a variety of native bees, butterflies, and moths. This plant will spread through rhizomes and self-seeding and can overtake traditional, or small garden areas. Use in wildflower or pollinator gardens, large prairie gardens where this spread is desired, or in containers.
Each seed packet contains 0.25 grams, or approximately 350-400 seeds.
