Pinyon Pine (Pinus edulis) 'Trinidad' is an adorable dwarf conifer almost identical to 'Farmy' and perfect for gardens of any size, or even containers! This petite grower will only add 1-3" per year and form a compact mound over time. The gray-green needles tend to be short and add beautiful winter color and texture. 'Trinidad' is extremely drought tolerant and can handle harsh conditions, making it perfect for year round interest in xeric garden beds and borders, rock gardens, or Mediterranean style garden beds. For best results, plant in sandy or loam soil with good drainage and be careful not to overwater.

    Hardiness Zone: 4 - 8

    Light Requirement: Full Sun

    Deer Resistant: Somewhat
