Pickup
All orders will be picked up in Millville. Spring preorders will be available for pickup starting May 11th. After that date, your pickup date will be dependent on when the order is placed. Most orders can be ready for pickup that Saturday if ordered before Tuesday at 12pm. Orders placed later in the week will typically be ready for pickup the following Saturday. When your order is ready, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your pickup time. Items may only be picked up at the time scheduled.
Cancellations and Return Policy
Orders can be cancelled any time before your pickup date. Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or returns on plants that have left our location. All plants are inspected at the growers, during unloading at our location, and then again when they are organized and set aside for pickup. We do not sell plants unless they are healthy and ready for planting. After plants leave our site we have no control over their care and are not responsible for adverse weather or improper planting practices, care, or planting conditions.
